Recruitment Process Management
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Implement and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities.

Strategic Planning
