Our Mission

Das Teilportfolio TECH besteht aus über 40 IT-Teams in den Domänen Banking Platform, Cloud & Fraud, sowie Enterprise, sowie sechs weiteren Support Units. Daher sind die Aufgabenfelder und Stakeholderinnen divers, im Kern werden Plattformleistungen angeboten und darauf aufbauende Produkte entwickelt. Deine Rolle als Mission Controllerin beim TP TECH umfasst Aufgaben für das gesamte Teilportfolio. Du wirst im Rahmen unserer etablierten Methoden u.a. fachliche Anforderungen überprüfen (Cost of Delay), Priorisierungen mit Produktteams durchführen (make-it-green) und die Jahresplanung für ca. 450 Kolleginnen begleiten. Mission Control fungiert als Enablerin zwischen Teilportfolio Management und IT-Teams, stakeholder*innen-gerechte Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe ist eine unserer Stärken!

Your Contribution on the Path to Becoming a Tech Service Provider

• You develop solution alternatives for technical requirements, identify dependencies and synergies, and consider the Cost of Delay. You will support teams in technical feasibility analyses and translate complex requirements into implementable solutions.
• You ensure that product teams and stakeholders from business and IT have a common understanding of requirements and implementation, while keeping an eye on delivery capability.
• You see yourself as a Servant Leader and build bridges between business units, IT, and product teams for a common understanding and coordinated planning.
• You shape the annual planning in the Tech sub-portfolio together with the Head of Mission Control.
• You are open to new technologies, drive change, and promote agile principles as well as independent work.
• You communicate at eye level and adapt your communication to different stakeholders, even in challenging situations.

What You Bring

• Degree in IT or business, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in analyzing requirements and in agile IT projects.
• Data over Opinions: you work pragmatically, independently, and with a focus on impact.
• You think in a structured way and maintain an overview even with complex topics.
• You make well-founded decisions and bring topics to a successful conclusion.
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills and possess German language skills at C2 level as well as fluent English, both written and spoken.
• You are proficient with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office and are open to new tools.
