Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Tech Data Engineering Specialist (f/m) to join our Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France. The French Technical Data Airframe department offers a wide view on Aircraft Structure:

• We are interfacing directly with the Design Office that manages the airframe design and evolution.
• We are in charge of documenting their impact in the manuals.
• We support our customers who are operating and maintaining aircrafts.
• We contribute to Aircraft deliveries by furnishing the Tech Data on time and on quality.

Your challenges

Your Technical Documentation Engineer main mission will be:

• Secure delivery of documentation content (creation and updates) in accordance with specifications, contractual commitments, approved schedules, quality standards, Safety rules and within budget objectives.
• Do internal preparation and authoring of technical manuals.
• Ensure team support on internal authoring activities (update/creation of AMM/TSM/CMM Tasks).
• Analyze and collect Design Office source data to define the impact on AMM, TSM and CMMm Data delivered to the airlines (Service Bulletin, Modification Proposal, Concession...).
• Launch the activities to the subcontractors in charge of the Technical Data authoring.
• Steer and support the subcontracted activities and check the quality of the deliveries.
• Ensure Customer efficient support by answering customer queries relative to your field of activities (Airlines, Maintenance Centre, Delivery Centre ...) and implementation of documentation changes if necessary.

Your boarding pass

• More than 5 years of technical background in Aeronautics.
• Ability to follow-up activities.
• Customer minded.
• Good team player and good organizational skills.
• Dynamic, Proactive and Positive mind set.
• English advanced level (C1 level).

And the following skills are a "plus":

• Aircraft Configuration Management concept.
• SAP tool.
• Airframe knowledge.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
