The Manager, Tech Enablement drives innovation, technology adoption, and engineering capability growth across a global Hardware Engineering organization spanning mechanical, electrical, electronics, firmware, systems, test, QA, and engineering operations. While this role does not have direct people management, it requires strong leadership, influence, and cross‑functional coordination to create and own an end‑to‑end innovation framework—from idea intake through execution—while aligning initiatives to product strategy and long‑term technology direction.
