Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or Master's degree (BAC+5) with a focus on development
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience in mobile development
- At least 2 years in a Tech Lead or equivalent role
- Sensitivity to technical debt and observability issues
- Knowledge of performance and cost issues (FinOps)
- Good communication and leadership skills

- AWS Environment (Amplify, Cognito, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cloudfront)
- CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, XCode Cloud)
Responsibilities
- Guide the mobile team on best development practices, architecture, and technological choices for Kotlin / Jetpack Compose
- Mentor and develop the skills of junior and senior mobile developers
- Perform rigorous code reviews to ensure the quality, performance, security, and maintainability of mobile code
- Design and develop high-performance, responsive mobile applications with Kotlin for Android
- Define and implement a robust, scalable, and secure mobile architecture
- Ensure integration with back-end APIs and AWS services
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an intuitive and engaging mobile user experience
- Identify and resolve performance, battery consumption, memory, and security issues specific to mobile applications
- Implement monitoring and alerting tools for application stability
- Optimize the rendering and responsiveness of mobile interfaces
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to define and improve mobile application CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions
- Manage build, test, signing, and deployment processes to the stores
- Implement and maintain mobile infrastructure on AWS (e.g., Amplify, Firebase, Cognito, S3 for assets)
- Ensure compliance with security standards and banking regulations specific to mobile applications
- Maintain constant vigilance on new mobile and AWS technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Propose and experiment with new approaches to improve our mobile development products and processes
- Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager, Product Designer, and development team
- Communicate effectively on project progress, technical challenges, and proposed solutions, including to non-technical stakeholders
