We manage our global activities from our headquarters in Effretikon.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Software Engineer who acts as a central link between business and development in this role. You will significantly shape our architecture and lead our development team to success.

Your Tasks

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• You will shape our cloud and API architectures, act as the central interface between the hardware and cloud teams, and advise developers on architectural and business issues.
• You will ensure quality through code and pull request reviews and support complex error analyses.

Agile Project & Task Management

• You will manage the development flow (via Redmine), prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and proactively remove blockers.
• You will take on the technical leadership of smaller teams, including in near-shoring environments.

Requirements Management & Proxy PO

• As a deputy Product Owner (PO), you will translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• You will help shape roadmaps, moderate sprint ceremonies (refinements, reviews, demos), and integrate stakeholder feedback.

Your Profile

Personality & Methodology

• You think analytically, approach problems in a structured manner, and are confident in using agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• As a communicative team player, you know how to resolve conflicts constructively and make technical visions tangible.

Technological Foundation

• You are proficient in API management (including testing, security, and best practices), have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation, and professional experience with Git workflows.

Your Tech Stack (Plus Points)

• Ideally, you have knowledge in current web development (e.g., REST APIs, gRPC, MQTT) and in .NET/C#.
• Experience with common cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) will round off your profile perfectly.
