NEO2 Digital is an entity of the NEO2 group, created in 2021, imagined as a start-up. We support our industrial clients on their Digital projects.

How? We deploy our expert engineers on client sites for: the exploitation of raw industrial data, the delivery of digital projects, and infrastructure (security, data hosting, cloud).

This small agile tribe operates throughout France (Paris, Nantes, Lyon, Lille, Strasbourg, Aix-en-Provence, and Bordeaux), but also in Europe, thanks to the opening of an agency in Brussels, Belgium.

This presence guarantees us close proximity with our consultant teams and better support for our clients.

Responsibilities

By joining our teams as a Tech Lead Data, you will work with one of our clients in the industrial sector. You will be involved in the following tasks:

• Concevoir et maintenir les modèles de données et datamarts dans Snowflake
• Développer et industrialiser les transformations avec dbt (modèles SQL, tests, documentation, CI/CD)
• Superviser et optimiser les datasets, modèles sémantiques et rapports dans Power BI
• Définir les standards techniques et bonnes pratiques (naming, performance, gouvernance, templates)
• Mettre en place et maintenir les pipelines data et l’orchestration via Azure Data Factory
• Garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la gouvernance des données (tests, monitoring, RLS, contrôle d’accès)
• Gérer le RUN et les incidents production : analyse, correction, post-mortems, amélioration continue
• Réaliser des revues de code et accompagner techniquement les développeurs de l’équipe
• Participer au cadrage technique des nouveaux projets et choix d’architecture data/BI
• Faire monter en compétences les ressources France et offshore sur les sujets BI et reporting

Profile

Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent, you want to boost your career by multiplying assignments on innovative projects with the largest French and international industrial companies.

• You have an ability to adapt and enjoy teamwork
• You have at least 5 years of experience
• You master the following technical environment: Snowflake, dbt, Azure Data Factory, Power Bi, SQL
• You speak fluent English
