Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill), with proven experience implementing large-scale enterprise applications requiring robust backend logic and security.
• Hands-on expertise in React.js (Mandatory skill), capable of delivering high-quality, user-centric web interfaces that enhance digital experiences.
• Strong command over JavaScript (Mandatory skill), demonstrating fluency in building responsive and dynamic front-end modules for optimal engagement.
• Solid foundation in Core Java, adept at leveraging OOP principles, multi-threading, and performance optimization for complex applications.
• The candidate must have strong experience in database management and development.
• Excellent team leadership abilities, demonstrated through successful management, mentoring, and motivation of high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with experience collaborating directly with clients, business analysts, and cross-functional project teams.
• In-depth understanding of solution architecture, able to craft end-to-end designs that meet scalability, security, and maintainability standards.
• Expertise in architectural design, including service-oriented and microservices approaches, ensuring seamless integration and future-ready solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in delivering technically sound and scalable business solutions, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, translate business objectives into technical deliverables, and manage project priorities effectively.
• Design, review, and implement solution architectures that leverage Java, React.js, and complementary technologies for enterprise-grade platforms.
• Mentor and upskill team members through coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
• Drive adoption of best coding practices, design patterns, and robust testing frameworks to ensure maintainable and reliable codebases.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, troubleshoot critical issues, and provide hands-on guidance to resolve development bottlenecks rapidly.
• Champion Agile methodologies, promote sprint planning, and enforce delivery discipline throughout the software development lifecycle.
