Your Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Architecture: You actively shape our IT strategy – from data center and network architecture to cloud infrastructure under Linux.
• Security Focus: You elevate IT security to the next level by implementing modern concepts such as Zero Trust, Endpoint Security, and future-proof workplace solutions.
• Process Excellence: You establish efficient, service-oriented structures (e.g., according to ITIL) and ensure quality and security through clear governance.
• Project & Partner Management: You manage external service providers (SLA management) and lead infrastructure projects, such as cloud migrations or network expansion, to success.
• Bridge Builder: You work closely with software development and business departments to identify requirements early and provide tailored solutions.

Your Qualifications:

• Your Background: You have a completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Your Experience: You have several years of leadership experience in Linux IT infrastructure/services and Kubernetes, ideally gained in security-critical or regulated environments.
• Your Tech Stack: You possess in-depth knowledge of network technology, server architectures, cloud platforms, and IT security.
• Your Mindset: You combine strategic thinking with a strong "hands-on" mentality and high implementation competence.
• Your Personality: You communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently – in both German and English.
