The company is looking for a dedicated Tech Lead (m/f/d) for the Product Team Personalization, who will be responsible for the conception and implementation of data mappings and data flows in an agile environment. In this role, you will automate and accelerate data flows and machine learning workloads and actively shape our data and analytics platforms. You will design future-proof architectures and platforms that align with the company's strategic goals. You will also lead and empower a team of software engineers through coaching and code reviews. Collaboration with other product teams to ensure an integrative architecture is also part of your responsibilities. You will actively contribute to the Tech Lead community and help shape the company's way of working. Requirements

The ideal candidate has successfully completed a degree in a STEM field or has a comparable education with a strong affinity for data and software development. You have at least five years of relevant professional experience as a Data Engineer (m/f/d), ideally in the retail or e-commerce sector. Initial experience in leading a team of software engineers is desirable. Very good knowledge of Python, SQL, cloud services (especially GCP), DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and Machine Learning (MLOps) is required. You also have experience in integrating SaaS solutions and internal GCP solutions. Very good English skills and ideally good German skills complete your profile. Personal qualities such as teamwork, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking are essential for successfully performing this position.
