Role

As a Technical Lead, you'll define what enterprise AI automation looks like from the inside. These are zero-to-one problems: building orchestration layers, multi-agent coordination systems, and enterprise governance infrastructure that nobody has built before. You'll own technical decisions, shape product direction, and work on a platform that enterprise teams are already pulling toward them.

The best engineers here aren't the ones writing the most code. They're the ones with the judgment to decide what gets built, the product taste to get it right, and the ability to direct both humans and agents toward outcomes that matter.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $325,000 base, with strong equity and full benefits. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.
