In this remote-first contract, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product, design, and IT & security roles across multiple geographies. You’ll run multi-channel sourcing campaigns and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and criteria. You’ll manage the interview process, uphold a premium candidate experience, and keep stakeholders informed on pipeline health and timelines. This role suits a proactive recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and values collaboration.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for EPD, IT & Security roles across geographies
• Execute multi-channel sourcing campaigns tailored to roles and markets (UK, Germany, France, Armenia)
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define requirements and criteria
• Conduct initial screenings for technical fit and cultural alignment
• Coordinate the interview pipeline, brief interviewers, gather structured feedback, ensure candidate experience
• Keep hiring managers and People team updated on pipeline health, bottlenecks, and strategic changes
• Direct and assess external recruitment agencies, drafting briefs and enforcing quality/timelines
• Maintain clean data on open searches, time-to-fill, and blockers despite evolving ATS infrastructure

Requirements

• Full-cycle technical recruiting experience in B2B SaaS/tech/scale-up environments
• Experience hiring Software Engineering (frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, Unity) and Product Design; IT & Security hiring a plus
• Experience recruiting across European/international markets and understanding regional differences
• Self-motivated, disciplined, proactive communication in a remote setting
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with evolving processes and tooling
• Approachable, collaborative, humorous demeanor with low ego and action bias
• Proficient in English and Russian
