The Role As a Tech Recruiter, you’ll own the hiring pipeline for technical roles across Data, Engineering, Product, and AI. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, proactively source top candidates, and guide them through a fast, structured hiring process. This role is for someone who understands the tech talent landscape, knows how to identify strong candidates beyond resumes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do - Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles - Source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and tech communities - Conduct initial screening interviews (skills, experience, alignment) - Partner with hiring managers on role definition and hiring criteria - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines - Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communication - Track and improve hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health) - Manage ATS workflows and recruitment processes - Ensure an excellent candidate experience - Support employer branding for tech talent - What We’re Looking For - 1–3 years in tech recruitment or talent acquisition - Experience hiring for Data, Engineering, Product, or AI roles - Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills - Ability to assess technical profiles at a high level - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced work - Experience with ATS tools is a plus - Bonus: experience hiring across US, UK, or Canada
