Responsibilities

• Author and deliver high-quality documentation and code samples for a technical audience.
• Develop, negotiate, and drive content strategy in alignment with product strategy.
• Engage with customers, gather data and feedback, and report insights around content performance metrics.
• Develop scripts, sample code, and technical procedures that are easy to use.
• Help, hire and develop writers on the team.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency in internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, English, or a related technical field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s):
  • designing and producing content for a technical audience that includes data scientists or business consumers of AI technologies;
  • experience using content publishing tools such as Oxygen and XML to write, format, manage, and publish technical content on the web;
  • creating large writing projects of at least 500 pages from scratch;
  • using metrics to develop content strategies;
  • writing example code in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, C#, or Go.

Compensation

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $125,800/year to $170,200/year.
