Requirements
- You are an experienced architect of web solutions – whether Laravel, Symfony or another solid foundation, the main thing is that you understand the mechanics behind it.
- Proficient with frontend frameworks, preferably Vue.js – and you know when which tool makes sense.
- Extensive experience in the conception of system architectures, integrations (APIs, shop systems (Shopware), Headless CMS) and cloud environments.
- You think not only in code, but also in solutions: scalability, security, and sustainability are not buzzwords for you, but daily practice.
- You enjoy technically leading teams, sharing knowledge, and setting high standards together.
- Fluent German.
- You are prepared to come to the office in Zurich or Bern regularly for customer meetings and internal coordination.
Your responsibilities are:
Do you want to build solutions that last, not just write code? - In this key role, you will take on technical responsibility in projects: from architecture to quality assurance, leading a dev team.
- In close cooperation with project managers, you will develop concepts and decision-making bases that safely guide both customers and our teams through the project.
- You will coach and support developers, introduce best practices, and set standards.
- You will evaluate new technologies and ensure that our solutions remain future-proof.
- You will maintain the balance between hands-on coding and strategic foresight.
- You will translate complex requirements into smart, usable products.
