Requirements

• PMO leader with technical writing + governance expertise across SDLC deliverables
• Experience in Hybrid Agile (Scrum + Waterfall) and managing large transformation programs
• Hands-on with Jira/Azure DevOps, MS Project, and driving Agile metrics & release planning
• Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, vendors, and transformation offices
• 5+ years experience in government/enterprise programs
