About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding best practices and maximizing the value of the platform
- Develop customized success plans and monitor customer KPIs to ensure alignment with business outcomes
- Engage with customers at various levels, including executives, to drive strategic initiatives and address deployment issues
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical role managing multiple customer accounts, preferably in DevOps Engineering or SOC analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships across various levels, from technical practitioners to executives
- Familiarity with Cyber Security frameworks and their applications in the secure DevOps lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages
