Your Responsibilities

• You will skillfully empathize with our customers from the mechanical engineering sector, ensuring a trusting and future-oriented collaboration.
• You will not only work on existing projects within your account to a high standard but also identify potential for expanding the collaboration.
• With your many years of PLM experience, you will act as a competent contact person for the structure, features, and behavior of engineering and PLM software.
• You will demonstrate a deep understanding of current needs and business requirements, using this to optimally advise our customers.
• Your knowledge of industry standards and industry-specific regulations will also enable you to ensure a high quality of the provided solutions.
• Together with your development team, you will ensure the timely installation, configuration, and customization of Teamcenter software according to customer requirements.
• With technical skill, you will take care of the planning and execution of Teamcenter integrations in complex system landscapes with various software applications (e.g., CAD, SAP, Polarion).
• You will take on disciplinary project and team leadership.
• As an experienced manager, you will pay attention to the needs of your team members, thereby enabling high work motivation and trusting exchange.
• Furthermore, you will create forecasts and ensure that the hours worked correspond to the project scope.
• You will ensure a clean invoicing process and reliably provide all billing-relevant documents.
• With regular reports, you will keep your customers up to date, ensuring high transparency.

What We're Looking For

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural sciences, engineering, or a similar field of study.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (e.g., as PLM Solution Architect, PLM Consultant, IT Project Manager).
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in dealing with customers and leading a team.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
