Responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into clear, executable technical solutions
• Design and deploy AI-driven systems in real production environments
• Integrate APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise systems
• Work directly with enterprise clients, lead workshops, and drive delivery end-to-end
• Take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve the platform

Requirements

• Technical foundation (APIs, cloud, production systems)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• Several years of experience in consulting or client-facing roles, comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
• Ability to structure complex problems and turn them into executable solutions
• Understanding of AI-driven systems
• German at C1 level or above
