This role focuses on delivering timely assistance while supporting the Customer Sales & Support Center Back Office team. You will apply your technical expertise to prepare accurate quotations, assist with projects, and troubleshoot complex systems. Coordination with stakeholders is crucial for ensuring seamless customer interactions and maintaining strong relationships throughout the entire customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support for product sizing
• Assist customers via email, phone, and chat
• Manage project proposals from approval to bid submission
• Resolve inquiries for first-contact resolution
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for customer service

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 3–5 years in technical roles related to Pumps or HVAC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer service experience with organizational capabilities
