Responsibilities
- Provide technical and commercial support for product sizing
- Assist customers via email, phone, and chat
- Manage project proposals from approval to bid submission
- Resolve inquiries for first-contact resolution
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years in technical roles related to Pumps or HVAC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer service experience with organizational capabilities
