Responsibilities
- Design and Development: End‑to‑end design and development of the parent ServiceNow portal and sub‑portals, ensuring implementation in a non‑production environment.
- UI/UX Design: Create an intuitive and accessible user interface and experience, optimized for both desktop browsers and mobile devices.
- ServiceNow Process Orchestration: Implement all process orchestration within ServiceNow, utilizing existing client licenses.
- Functional Prototype: Deliver a proof‑of‑concept that includes universal ticketing functionality and AI‑driven capabilities tailored to employee‑initiated service requests and questions.
Technical Requirements
- Parent portal homepage
- Department portals (as sub‑portals) and their UI pages
- Approvals page that lists all pending and completed approvals
- Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
- Universal ticketing across departments
- Dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to support proof of value
- Now Assist AI – sourcing answers from native knowledge bases, SharePoint, and external sources
- Process orchestration for selected services
- Fulfiller workspaces, dashboards, and reporting
- Mobile‑ready and accessible from non‑corporate devices
- SharePoint integration (April 1 – August 31)
Requirements
- Certified ServiceNow resources with hands-on experience across the areas particularly Employee Center and Now Assist AI
Responsibilities
