Overview
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with deep banking expertise to support a complex Cards business landscape involving multi?vendor integrations, legacy systems and subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse the end?to?end credit card issuing and lifecycle management processes.
- Translate complex functional and technical dependencies into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.
- Anticipate and plan around bottlenecks across multiple vendors, legacy systems and subsidiary?owned platforms.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are fully understood, mapped, and deliverable.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple business units to maintain alignment and ensure smooth delivery.
- Support strategic planning and roadmap development for cards?related systems.
Must?Have Skills
- Strong technical background within banking (Cards, Payments, Issuing, Lifecycle Management).
- Proven experience working in highly complex, multi?vendor environments.
- Ability to produce exceptionally clear and structured technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, legacy system constraints, and system dependencies.
- Senior stakeholder management and the ability to influence technical direction.
Nice?to?Have
- Experience in large European banking environments.
- Exposure to subsidiaries or shared-services architectures.
- Familiarity with regulatory factors impacting card issuance.
