About this role

At Projective Group Talent, we offer an exceptional career experience in Financial Services. We support and coach you in developing new skills and progressing in your career, whether as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or in a leading role. We are looking for Business Analyst who can turn complex payment‑testing needs into clear scenarios. You will work closely with product and support teams to make sure new solutions are accurate and ready for customer.

You'll work in an international, innovative environment where your contribution truly matters to the stability and future of global finance.

Your Role

  • Collaborate with product teams to review requirements and translate them into clear end‑to‑end test scenarios.
  • Create structured and configurable test cases, including parameters and execution flows.
  • Design message‑mapping logic that defines how outgoing messages are built from inputs or previous steps.
  • Define validation rules to check whether messages follow the correct standards and meet test conditions.
  • Write and publish clear test case descriptions and execution guidelines for users.
  • Support professional services and support teams in resolving complex customer testing issues.
  • Work with the product owner and technical lead to shape the application's architecture, roadmap and long‑term vision.

Your skills

  • Solid understanding of financial messaging standards such as MT and ISO 20022.
  • Knowledge of payments, including cross‑border flows, domestic schemes and market infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with related areas such as card payments, corporate treasury and cash management.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills; a collaborative team player.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering value and improving user experience.
  • Hands‑on, proactive attitude – someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
  • Curious, open to change and interested in innovation, user experience and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, economics or similar).

Our offer

  • A competitive salary and a flexible mobility budget (including the option of a company car or bike leasing).
  • Meal and eco vouchers, an individual training budget, and bonus opportunities because we believe great work should be rewarded.
  • Entry into one of our Smart Programmes, based on where you are in your career and where you want to grow.
  • A tailored client match based on your skills, ambitions, and personality.
  • Coaching throughout your journey by your very own Talent Development Officer, someone who's genuinely there to help you thrive.
  • Regular learning sessions, social events, and a close-knit community that always has your back.

After two years of growth, learning, and real impact, you'll have the chance to join your client permanently. And don't worry—we're looking forward to welcoming you at one of our regular alumni events.
