Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the Comcast Business Mobile (CBM) team, focused on enhancing the customer journey across mobile products and services. This role involves working closely with customers, product teams, and engineering to analyze feature changes, gather requirements, and ensure seamless implementation with minimal customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Understand API integrations and business process models to translate technical requirements effectively.
• Act as a bridge between business teams, marketing stakeholders, and developers, ensuring clear communication.
• Analyze the impact of product feature changes on existing and new customers.
• Create user-friendly documentation, including Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Write requirements in BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) format.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
• Communicate changes and impacts clearly to stakeholders, including customer-facing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical/IT Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of APIs and business process modeling.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to marketing concepts/language and customer communication.
