How You'll Contribute

• You are a technical consultant and subject matter expert for our customers (OEMs, insurance companies, workshops, service providers) in the automotive sector in the area of digitalization and semi-automated process mapping.
• You are the link between our customers and our development department and are responsible for the technical implementation of requirements.
• You coordinate service delivery for our complex platform projects, from initial contact through the creation of requirement specifications and test scenarios to rollout in the production environment.
• You analyze and develop customized solution approaches and discuss them with our customers on a technical level.
• You support our customers throughout the entire project, including configuration, technical realization, and customizing of the platform, and always keep an eye on the progress and quality of the projects.
• You are responsible for capturing and visualizing customer processes using established process modeling tools.
• As part of pre-sales, you support the sales team through technical consulting, presentations, and the creation of solution proposals to identify customer potential.
• You support our interdisciplinary team in evaluating and finding solutions for customer inquiries in 2nd-level support.

What We Value

• Previous experience in software project management and agile approaches such as SCRUM is desirable.
• You have a confident demeanor with assertiveness and strong consulting skills.
• Initiative and structured work characterize you.
• Knowledge in the visual design and analysis of business processes, especially through methods like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation), to efficiently map and optimize complex workflows is desirable.
• Good XML and JSON knowledge round off your profile.
• Very good knowledge of English and German.
