Technical Content Publisher

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Content Publisher responsible for creating, managing, and publishing high-quality technical documentation. This role bridges the gap between content creation and technical implementation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless publishing across CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish technical documentation such as:
  • Process flows
  • Procedure documents
  • User manuals
  • Release notes
• Ensure all content meets regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines.
• Manage and execute content publishing workflows within CMS platforms.
• Perform manual promotions and content deployments across environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve layout/template issues using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and version control across documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for troubleshooting and layout fixes)
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Solid understanding of content publishing workflows and lifecycle
• Ability to independently debug and publish content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TeamSite CMS
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms
• Familiarity with regulated environments (banking/financial domain preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency (English & French) is a plus

• Not a pure developer or data entry resource, but a hybrid content + technical professional
• Comfortable working with both content teams and technical teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot independently
