Technical Content Writer

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer fluent in English to help create compelling, informative, and engaging content for our B2B audience. Your work will play a vital role in articulating the value of our technically complex product to diverse audiences while upholding our mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document technical specifications of our software products and technology.
• Research, write, and edit high-quality technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, landing pages, product explainers, and case studies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and PR to turn technical info into engaging content, including sales materials and social media formats for LinkedIn, X, Mastodon, and other platforms.
• Monitor and analyse organic social media performance to refine content strategy and increase reach and engagement.
• Apply SEO best practices keyword research, metadata, and content optimization to improve organic visibility and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer, Copywriter, Product Marketing or in a similar role in a relevant field, such as software development, engineering, or IT operations.
• Degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science or Engineering or in a similar field.
• Ability to understand complex information and to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, on-page optimization, keyword research, and content performance metrics.
• Technical writing skills in English essential, other languages like German, French or Spanish are beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of open source technologies and / or experience in the software industry is a plus.
