About the role

Responsibilities

  • Management of the 2nd level service desk via XRM / MS X to the Site Manager
  • Management of services and incidents, particularly in the areas with the throughout the processing process of and troubleshooting and work of close collaboration with the property management department

Profile

  • Federal VET Diploma in commerce or technical field, supplemented by basic training in real estate or technical building management
  • Continuing education in the field of maintenance and technical building management
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, MS Dynamics, CAFM X
  • French language, knowledge of English and/or German is an asset
  • Confirmed experience in a service desk / support role or in technical building management
  • Ease with request management tools
  • Acute sense of customer service
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented personality
