About the role
Responsibilities
- Management of the 2nd level service desk via XRM / MS X to the Site Manager
- Management of services and incidents, particularly in the areas with the throughout the processing process of and troubleshooting and work of close collaboration with the property management department
Profile
- Federal VET Diploma in commerce or technical field, supplemented by basic training in real estate or technical building management
- Continuing education in the field of maintenance and technical building management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, MS Dynamics, CAFM X
- French language, knowledge of English and/or German is an asset
- Confirmed experience in a service desk / support role or in technical building management
- Ease with request management tools
- Acute sense of customer service
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Autonomous, proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented personality
