Become a key player in TP’s Google Cloud initiative as a Digital Customer Engineer. Deliver essential technical consulting and architectural guidance within a hybrid work model.
As a Digital Customer Engineer, you will provide vital support to both Partners and Sales teams.
Your role involves technical evaluations, solution prototyping, and enhancing cloud adoption strategies while leveraging your deep tech expertise. This position primarily focuses on partner interactions, ensuring that customer engagements progress efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Support Partners in defining technical requirements
- Translate customer needs into scalable cloud architectures
- Facilitate technical evaluations during sales stages
- Act as a key technical resource for Partners
- Demonstrate integrations using Google Cloud products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years as a Technical Sales Engineer
- Deep understanding of Cloud Stack technologies
- Experience with core networking components
- Ability to create demo scripts in various languages
