Role

In-depth customer projects: You understand business processes, master technical configurations, and recognize where AI truly solves problems – not just impresses. As the central point of contact, you guide companies through digital transformation and deliver measurable results. For doers with a consulting instinct and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Full project responsibility for new customer projects: from the analysis of the current state to technical configuration to successful completion
  • In-depth understanding of application logic and process-oriented system configuration with a focus on measurable customer benefit
  • Planning and execution of professional onboarding and training programs for end-users and key users
  • Identification of automation potential and development of AI concepts or proof-of-concepts to solve specific customer problems
  • Translation of customer feedback and requirements into structured feature requests and AI enhancement concepts for the product team
  • Building long-term customer relationships through technical expertise and solution-oriented consulting

Qualifications

  • Solid background in computer science, business informatics, or IT consulting – degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing or supporting complex software solutions
  • Technical interest in AI applications, workflow automation, and modern SaaS architectures
  • Strong communication skills: ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
  • Independent, structured way of working with entrepreneurial thinking and a high standard of quality
  • Team-oriented personality with genuine enthusiasm for digital innovation and customer focus
