Your Responsibilities

  • Technical support and assistance for existing customers
  • Support for new customers with the technical setup of our solutions
  • Close collaboration with development, product management, and sales to resolve technical issues
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and forwarding customer feedback to internal teams
  • Performing effort estimations and independent prioritization of support tickets

What You Bring

  • Completed vocational training, degree, or professional experience in a technical field
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
  • Initial professional experience in customer management and customer support is an advantage
  • High customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
