As a Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM), you will be a trusted advisor, facilitating a seamless and successful experience for our clients as they adopt and utilize VMware Cloud Foundation. Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and articulating customers' long-term and short-term objectives and aligning technology with business goals.
  • Performing technology assessments and providing deployment guidance to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Identifying use cases to enhance customer adoption and prepare for quarterly Business Reviews on progress.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and acting as a customer advocate within the organization.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them through their journey of onboarding, adoption, and value realization with VMware by Broadcom technology. You will collaborate with a broader team to:

  • Utilize proven customer-facing experience to enhance customer solutions and drive value.
  • Leverage your expertise in virtualization and VMware Cloud Foundation components to support clients effectively.
  • Create structured plans that align with customer requirements and ensure optimal operations and strategies are in place.
  • Provide insights and best practices to enhance customers' experience and technology usage.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree (experience may substitute) and over 12 years of relevant experience.

Location & Travel

This position allows for remote work; however, candidates must reside within Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, or Massachusetts, with the ability to travel up to 30% regionally.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $126,600-$202,500 along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision plans, 401(K) participation with company matching, and more.
