Responsibilities
- Own product development processes and roadmap
- Convert business objectives into clear technical strategies
- Mentor and develop engineering team leads
- Manage talent acquisition for engineering roles
- Engage in hands-on engineering tasks and code reviews
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 3 years managing teams of 15+ engineers
- Strong skills in Go, Rust, and Vue/Type Script
- Startup experience preferred over enterprise
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required
