Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Technical Director to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating and optimizing direct satellite downlink systems, antennas, and highdatarate recorders.
• Monitoring imagery pipelines and supporting AI/MLdriven detection workflows.
• Leading passive RF GEO satellite tracking and supporting SSA CONOPS development.
• Producing EO/SAR imagery products, objectdetection outputs, and missionready GEOINT.
• Integrating and automating GEOINT/ISR workflows using DevOps and Python scripting.
• Deploying CONUS/OCONUS to support ISR missions, exercises, and partnernation engagements.
• Training and managing analyst teams across imagery exploitation and GEOINT production.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in GEOINT, remote sensing, imagery analysis, or ISR operations.
• Handson experience with direct downlink, passive RF tracking, and groundstation systems.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ENVI, ERDAS IMAGINE, QGIS, and SAR/EO exploitation tools.
• Strong background in AI/MLenabled imagery workflows and DevOps automation.
• Experience supporting DoD, Space Force, IC, or DHS missions.
• Ability to lead teams, train analysts, and operate in hightempo environments.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required

What Desired Skills You Might Bring

• Experience with AGI STK, SOCET SET, and orbit modeling.
• Familiarity with maritime detection, landcover classification, and terrain modeling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with military and civilian partners.
• Experience supporting business development and technical demonstrations.

Security Clearance Requirement

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

Salary Range

$176,900.00 - $332,400.00

This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
