Technical Writer

Job Overview

Client is seeking a Technical Writer to support SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation for Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, and Manufacturing operations. The role involves documenting SAP-enabled and operational business processes, supporting QMS document updates, and assisting with SAP implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Create and update SOPs, work instructions, process guides, and job aids
• Document business processes for SAP and operational workflows
• Work with SMEs and project teams to gather and document process information
• Support QMS document updates and ETQ document transitions
• Maintain document control, consistency, and version management
• Support documentation for UAT, training, and go-live readiness

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical writing or SOP documentation experience
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, or quality environments
• Strong understanding of process documentation and operational workflows
• Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Visio preferred

Preferred Skills

• SAP documentation experience
• ETQ or document management system experience
• Knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing operations
• Solar manufacturing experience preferred
• Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a plus
