Technical Documentation Writer

We're hiring a full-time Technical Documentation Writer to own the end-to-end creation of documentation and learning content for our software product. This role is ideal for a meticulous writer who produces clean, accurate work the first time and thrives in a fast-moving technical environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and write certification courses, including lessons, assessments, and learner walkthroughs.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive product documentation (guides, references, tutorials, release notes).
• Monitor incoming support tickets, identify recurring issues and gaps, and fold insights back into the docs and courses.
• Partner with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Keep all documentation versioned, reviewed, and up to date through Git-based workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional written English with a precise, clear, and professional voice.
• Proven track record writing documentation for technically complex products (developer tools, APIs, platforms, or similar).
• Strong working knowledge of Git (branches, pull requests, docs-as-code workflows).
• Ability to deliver polished work the first time with minimal revision cycles.
• Experience designing structured learning or certification content is a strong plus.
• Available full-time and able to commit consistent weekly hours.
