Your Contribution
You are enthusiastic about texts and technology? As a Technical Editor, you are responsible for the creation and maintenance of user manuals and documentation for medical technology and laboratory equipment.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Efficient and regulatorily correct creation and revision of user manuals
- Editing new or changed documents in the specialist area
- Coordination of translation and localization tasks
- On-time completion of all documents
- Participation in linguistically relevant change requests
- Ensuring and optimizing the translation process (localization)
- Support in the maintenance and care of the manual process
- Consultation on linguistic issues within your area of expertise
Your Profile
We are not just looking for expertise, but for people who want to contribute their passion and talent.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical documentation, linguistics, or document management
- Technical education (e.g., HTL) with practical experience in technical documentation or education in the linguistic field (e.g., language studies, Matura with a focus on languages) combined with good technical understanding.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.), knowledge of DTP systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- Additional foreign languages are a plus
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow with us

In accordance with Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obliged to state the minimum monthly salary for this position of EUR 4,077.31 (classification according to the collective agreement of the electro and electronics industry, full-time 38.5 hours/week) as a basis for negotiation.
Depending on qualifications and experience, a significant overpayment is possible.
