About the role
About This Role
I'm an engineering leader who writes about hands-on technical work, including training AI models, building an AI agent orchestrator, and developing an open-source financial forecasting app. I aim to post consistently on Substack, LinkedIn, and X, but I'm not a writer and lack the time.
What I'm Looking For
The ideal person is more of an editor than a ghostwriter. You will take my raw material – voice memos or rough bullets – and shape it into a tight, readable post that sounds like me. You should have experience editing real technical or developer content (engineering blogs, dev newsletters, founder content) and won't need the subject matter explained.
Responsibilities
- Shape raw material (voice memos, rough bullets) into tight, readable posts.
- Edit technical or developer content (engineering blogs, dev newsletters, founder content).
- Produce approximately one post per week, with potential for increased cadence.
Qualifications
- Experience editing real technical or developer content.
- Ability to understand subject matter without extensive explanation.
