As we scale our operations in office and apartment building projects, we are looking for a Technical Engineer to join our team. Whether you are at the start of your career or a seasoned professional, we have a place for you to drive the energy transition forward. The preferred workplace is in and around Frankfurt as a remote position with regular visits to our main office in Munich.

Your Mission

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the bridge between our technical vision and our installation partner network. You will:

  • Design & Plan: Develop technical solutions for EV charging infrastructure in office and apartment buildings.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Operational Execution: Leverage Salesforce to track project progress and use Ampeco to manage and monitor the charging infrastructure.
  • Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our network of installers, providing technical support, quality assurance, and training.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about eMobility. Depending on your experience, your focus will vary:

The Essentials:

  • Education: Background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
  • Mindset: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.

Experience-Based:

  • Junior Level: You are a proactive learner eager to build expertise in EV systems under the guidance of our senior team and ideally have first work experiences in the field. You excel at organization and are ready to support partners on-site.
  • Senior Level: You have 2+ years of experience in technical engineering or project management for EV infrastructure projects. You can lead projects independently, mentor junior team members, and navigate local technical standards with ease.

Requirements

  • Background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical engineering or project management for EV infrastructure projects.
