Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of physical AI features like obstacle detection, object recognition, pose estimation, SLAM, and localization.
• Utilize simulation tools (e.g., NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Omniverse) for data generation and testing.
• Select and integrate sensors (RGBD, LiDAR, ToF) to meet application needs.
• Oversee data collection, annotation, and training workflows for high-quality AI models.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers, promoting engineering best practices.
• Drive features from concept to deployment, ensuring reliability in industrial environments.
• Collaborate with R&D, hardware, software, and product teams; communicate complex concepts effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise with sensor technologies (RGBD, LiDAR, ToF) and their trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with simulation platforms and physical AI techniques (SLAM, pose estimation, obstacle avoidance).
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python, with experience deploying AI models in production.
• Background in developing and shipping real-world AI solutions for robotics or industrial automation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
• Preferred: familiarity with vision-language-action models, motion planning, ROS2, and large-scale data pipelines.

Compensation & Benefits
