Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of physical AI features like obstacle detection, object recognition, pose estimation, SLAM, and localization.
- Utilize simulation tools (e.g., NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Omniverse) for data generation and testing.
- Select and integrate sensors (RGBD, LiDAR, ToF) to meet application needs.
- Oversee data collection, annotation, and training workflows for high-quality AI models.
- Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers, promoting engineering best practices.
- Drive features from concept to deployment, ensuring reliability in industrial environments.
- Collaborate with R&D, hardware, software, and product teams; communicate complex concepts effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise with sensor technologies (RGBD, LiDAR, ToF) and their trade-offs.
- Hands-on experience with simulation platforms and physical AI techniques (SLAM, pose estimation, obstacle avoidance).
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python, with experience deploying AI models in production.
- Background in developing and shipping real-world AI solutions for robotics or industrial automation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
- Preferred: familiarity with vision-language-action models, motion planning, ROS2, and large-scale data pipelines.
Compensation & Benefits
