Technical Illustrator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Illustrator to join our team and assist in creating high-quality manuals and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong visual communication skills and hands-on experience with SolidWorks. Key Responsibilities: • Develop clear, accurate technical illustrations for user manuals, assembly guides, and maintenance documentation • Interpret engineering drawings and 3D models to produce 2D visuals • Collaborate with engineers and technical writers to ensure accuracy and clarity • Maintain consistency in illustration style and formatting across all documentation • Update and revise existing manuals as required Minimum Requirements: • Proven experience as a Technical Illustrator or similar role • Proficiency in SolidWorks (essential) • Strong understanding of mechanical components and assemblies • Ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand visuals • High attention to detail and accuracy • Good communication and teamwork skills Please send your cv to rusteyn@networkrecruitment.co.za
