About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in the Mississippi/Louisiana area to oversee data center build projects. The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager will lead cross‑functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include:
- Using judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence without authority to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Managing capital budgets, eliminating non‑value‑add activity, designing solutions, removing blockers, and finding creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
- Communicating effectively (both written and verbal) and navigating ambiguity or competing priorities.
- Understanding mechanical/electrical engineering concepts.
- Applying a variety of project management tools, methodologies, and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrating experience in core project management disciplines: scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk management, reporting, and metric development/tracking.
- Utilizing MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (e.g., network, data center, hardware, software).
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience directly related to the design or construction of data centers.
