INSIDE SALES LEADER / CUSTOMER REP

GNR has been retained by a small, well-established, and growing CNC Machining / Build-To-Print organization seeking an INSIDE SALES LEADER / CUSTOMER REP to lead the continued growth of this company located in the OSHKOSH, WI area.

Reporting directly to the President, we need an ambitious self-starter who can manage multiple projects, engage with customers, understand technical needs & machining requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage quoting and pricing for existing customers & track existing order status (shipping and delivery estimates), generate RFQs for new business. (in-house technical resources will help support you in the quoting process)
• Able to interpret blueprints/technical requirements. (Not required, but a plus)
• Help to define and initiate creative marketing strategies.

Experience Required

• Over 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role quoting sales or project coordinator etc.
• Professional communications (verbal & written), organizational skills, and time management
