Salesforce Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join a growing consulting team, delivering enterprise‑level Salesforce solutions across a range of clients and industries. Note this role will be a long term contract role, and will by Hybrid.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on Salesforce expert who enjoys leading developers, shaping technical solutions, and working closely with clients in a consulting environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver scalable, high‑quality Salesforce solutions
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Salesforce developers
• Remain hands-on with development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and integrations
• Drive best practices across code quality, security, performance, and DevOps
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, demos, and proofs of concept
• Contribute to continuous innovation by keeping up to date with Salesforce platform advancements

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Salesforce Developer role, ideally within a consulting firm
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL
  • Salesforce integration patterns (REST / SOAP APIs)
• Experience with DevOps / CI‑CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or similar
• Proven track record delivering successful Salesforce implementations
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams
