Are you a hands-on quality leader with a passion for driving standards and building a strong quality culture? MM Flowers is looking for a Technical & Quality Manager to join our site leadership team and play a key role in ensuring excellence across our operations.

Role Details

• Location: Euskirchen
• Employment Type: Full-time: 40 hours (Monday–Friday)
• Languages: German & English essential

What you’ll be doing:

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll take ownership of site quality performance and act as a trusted technical partner to Operations. You’ll:

• Drive a strong site-wide quality culture
• Ensure raw materials and finished goods meet customer, legal, and business standards
• Lead audit readiness and support customer audits & visits
• Act as the main technical contact for customers
• Own quality KPIs, analysing trends and leading improvements
• Support complaint investigations and root cause analysis
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve quality challenges

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a Technical/Quality Manager role (FMCG, food, horticulture, or fresh produce preferred)
• Strong audit, compliance, and quality systems expertise
• Track record of driving quality culture and continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Fluent in German and English
