Role Description
- Preparation and vetting of valuation reports for Land & Building assets.
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessment of properties.
- Perform valuations in accordance with banking norms, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
- Investigation and analysis of prevailing market values and comparable transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local building bye‑laws, zoning regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Technical due diligence and risk assessment of properties.
- Handling valuation assignments for:
- Retail lending
- MSME financing
- Corporate credit proposals
- Coordination with banks, financial institutions, and internal teams.
- Timely submission of accurate and well‑documented valuation reports.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure situations and strict timelines.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of property valuation methodologies.
- Thorough understanding of building bye‑laws and development regulations.
- Experience in bank/NBFC valuation assignments preferred.
- Excellent analytical and report‑writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and valuation documentation.
Remuneration
- 4‑6 Lacs CTC
