The role focuses on coordinating European work packages, roadmap planning, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration with engineering, certification, and project management. You will shape technical requirements and guide teams to deliver reliable locomotive control software at scale. Responsibilities

• Technical bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial engineering
• Extensive experience in rail vehicle software and project management
• Certification as a project manager
• Experience with Polarion, SAP, and Office365 tools (including Copilot/AI)
• Understanding of IEC 50128, 50126, 50129 standards and locomotive control domains
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a matrix organization
• Team leadership and mentoring abilities
