The Role/Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives that support business and revenue goals
- Translate technical specifications, engineering concepts, and performance data into customer focused messaging
- Develop and maintain marketing content including website copy, case studies, email campaigns, and sales materials
- Manage digital marketing activities such as paid search, analytics, email platforms, and social media
- Support lead generation efforts and sales enablement through targeted campaigns and materials
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning and messaging
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
- Partner closely with engineers, project teams, and leadership to ensure technical accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and regularly update website content and digital assets
- Assist with branding, positioning, trade shows, and industry events as needed
Skills/Experiences required
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or B2B environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Comfort working with technical subject matter and data driven messaging
- Experience using digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email platforms
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and digital advertising best practices
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a small team setting
- Bonus skills include marketing automation experience and basic design experience using tools like Canva or Adobe products
