Role Overview

Candidate should have excellent communication skill and high level of energy.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities, release commitments, and value realization.
• Strategic Planning: Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines, managing complex, large-scale initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between technical development teams, business product owners, and senior leadership, often facilitating governance forums.
• Technical Execution: Apply Agile/Scrum delivery practices, manage risk logs, and oversee the creation of technical requirements, system design, and test artifacts.
• Financial Acumen: Manage project budgets, forecasting, and work with technology finance partners.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Generally 3-5+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, IT project management, or program management within a matrixed environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or highly regulated industries.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile frameworks, SDLC methodologies, Jira, and sometimes specific systems like Mainframe/JCL.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional teams.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, including executive-level reporting.
• Tools: Experience with reporting tools like Tableau for data-driven insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
