Technical Product Manager, AI

Leading the evolution of an AI-powered customer experience, the full-time Technical Product Manager, AI will manage the end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences remotely, partnering with engineers to design strategies and drive improvements in automation and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Lead the development and global rollout of the AI platform and customer experiences Collaborate with engineers to design prompt strategies and establish AI best practices Drive systematic improvements in answer quality and automation rates through experimentation Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup Proven interest in modern LLM systems and experience in a regulated production environment Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for validating hypotheses Strong track record of transforming complex ideas into scalable products
